IV – the controller’s exclusive use, with third-party access being prohibited, and personal data being anonymized.

To resolve disputes arising from this agreement, Brazilian law will be fully applied.

Any disputes shall be brought before the court in the jurisdiction where the entity’s registered office is located, namely Bauru, State of São Paulo.
